In the event that one of our 'Anal Probes' arrives and is not working or faulty, then send us an e-mail on return@sensual-sex-toys.co.uk and we shall refund the cost of the item or replace the products at your preference.
Replacement of a rejected sex toy will be with an identical item, or a similar item if the original is out of stock, and as the product was not as it should be, we will cover all the additional postage and packaging costs.
