In brief, if you get your choice of our Njoy and feel you don't actually want the item, you can return it to us it within 10 days and we will give you your money back.

Because of the nature of the products, we are sure that you will appreciate that we must impose a few terms and conditions. Health and hygiene regulations means that the returned sex toy must be unopened and and unused, you will also need to cover the return shipment costs (we'll absorb the charges for the original shipping to you).

If your 'Njoy' has a manufacturers fault, then contact us by e-mail on return@sensual-sex-toys.co.uk and we shall replace or refund, at your discretion.

Replacement of a returned sex toy will be with an identical product, or a similar product if the original is now out stock, and we will accept all additional postage and packaging charges you incur.
