If something occurs that interferes with delivery of your 'Duet' we will send you an e-mail to let you know immediately we possibly can.
Put simply, if you receive the Duet and feel you don't actually want the product, we allow you to send it back to us it within 10 days and we will refund the cost of the product.
Because of the intimate nature of sex toys, we are sure that you will appreciate that we must impose a few terms and conditions. Health and hygiene guidelines means we must insist that the 'Duet' must be in its original sealed packaging and, obviously, unused, and you will need to pay the return postage costs (we'll absorb the charge for the first carriage to you).

Replacement of a rejected 'Duet' will be with the same item, or one of a similar cost if we are out of stock of the first product (if you agree, of course), and as the product was not as it should be, we will pay all the extra shipment costs.
