This ensures a fully discreet transaction and guarantees your anonymity. If your Lolita is a stocked item, it will be packed and sent in one working day. If the sex toy you requested is not in stock, we will usually send your 'Lolita' in approx. 12 days, but generally this is much quicker. If we aren't able to deliver your 'Lolita' we will let you know the very moment we notice the problem.
Basically, if you receive your Lolita and after seeing it, decide you don't want the product, you are able to return it to us it within 10 days and we will offer a full refund.
Given the unique 'intimate' nature of our products, we are sure you will understand that there needs to be a few terms and conditions. Hygiene rules means that the 'Lolita' must be still in its manufacturers packaging and unused, you will also need to pay the return shipment charges (we will happily cover the charge for the first carriage to you).
In the event that the 'Lolita' has a fault, then let us know by contacting us on return@sensual-sex-toys.co.uk and we will replace the item or refund the cost of the product.
Replacement of a rejected 'Lolita' will be with the same, or a similar value product if the first product is now out stock, and as the product was not as it should be, we will pay all the additional delivery charges.
